Shipping Policy

These policies apply only to products available for online purchase (items with an “Add to Cart” button).

Due to manufacturer and dealer agreements, many products are not offered for online sale. For all other items, please call us for pricing, availability, and shipping details.

Shipping Process

We process and ship online orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. After you place an order, we confirm stock availability and provide an estimated ship date. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. All timeframes are estimates.

Standard Ground Shipping (Contiguous United States)

Most online orders ship via standard ground service for a flat rate of $29.95.

We primarily ship via UPS and reserve the right to use FedEx or USPS when it better serves the order.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories

  • Orders $1,000 and over: Free shipping

  • Orders under $1,000: $49.95 flat-rate shipping

Oversized & Heavy Items

Certain products require a separate shipping charge due to size or weight. These items are not eligible for standard rates.

  • Contiguous United States: $195 per oversized/heavy item

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Custom shipping quote required. After you place the order, we will email you a shipping quote within one business day. You may approve or cancel once you receive the quote.

  • The Evolution Acoustics Model One ships for $95 per pair

What’s Not Included with Standard Shipping

  • Expedited or overnight service

  • Address changes after the order has shipped

  • Holding packages at a carrier location

  • Special delivery requests (weekend delivery, appointment windows, signature requirements, etc.)

  • Oversized or extremely heavy items (charged separately as noted above)

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
